Letter to the Appointed City Manager of “Deadwood City, Northern California” – Latino Unlicensed and Impolite Security Gooks Stationed at the Fair Oaks Senior Community Center [an alleged coordinating agency for services for the poor, elderly, disabled, immigrants, etc.]

Dear Madam City Manager:

I was threatened by the presence of Mr. Andrade, one of the three suspect City employees at Fair Oaks.

The two psuedo-security gooks/geeks/ Latinos/ whatever, too.

You are on-report Madam Manager.

Your lack of action weeks ago has been noted, as has your “no comment” from yesterday – prior to the report to the County Sheriffs who responded to my phone call from Fair Oaks, owned and managed by your city since ____.

occupy mighty mouse

p.s. Your city motto cannot be substantiated by current research:

“Climate best by government test” slogan is based on one study performed during the 1900s.

What a waste of tax payers dollars refurbishing those two signs…

Why don’t you do your job or move on to another wild west town…?

Senatorial Candidate Changes Party Due to Poor Selection by Registered Democrats and Republicans – Their “Presumptive Nominees” are Terrible

Certainly both the Green and Libertarian Parties have better U.S. Presidential Nominees than Republican Trump or Democrat Clinton.

For this reason, former Republican and more recently Democrat candidate Dailey has filed papers to change his party affiliation.

More news at 11:00 . . .

Honestly, both The Hillary and The Donald will become the next “war hawk” in the White House . . . unless there is a resurgence of one of the minor political parties.

God save America!

There Are So Many Reasons Not to Vote for HRC in 2016

by Rudyard Kipling: “If”

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too:
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or, being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise;

If you can dream – and not make dreams your master;
If you can think – and not make thoughts your aim,
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same:.

If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build’em up with worn-out tools;

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings,
And never breathe a word about your loss:
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: “Hold on!”

cropped-new-years-eve-california.jpg

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings – nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much:
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And – which is more – you’ll be a Man, my son

What is All this Fascination with Hillary Clinton ?

Does all this political attention make her presidential?

Where are the eyes and ears of Hillary supporters?
Where are the eyes and ears of Hillary supporters?

 . . . and that annoying laugh
. . . and that annoying laugh

Why do Clinton supporters ignore all the mistakes that Candidate Clinton has made over the years?!?

Why is she a better choice over Sanders or Trump?

O My God! I need more prayer… Can I do more, or what?!?

As I walk into the coffee shop, I hear Adele singing “Staying on the Outside”

“Hey….  {more Music toons at the coffee shop where I am stuck this morn]

Thoughts to Myself on Another Monday Morning

“A Thousand Years…”

How can I stay there. For just a 1,000 years?

Can’t say where. The landlord wants practically no one to know I am living there.

Even Dave Peterson says foul things about the landlord

…but it is affordable financially, but psychologically?

Maybe I can teach her CBT?!?

Crying in my sleep…

Wake up later, I STILL hear crying. It is not a dream.

This is only my second night sleeping there.

I am now telling myself, this is the best place to be.

Not the crying lady’s house, but Peets’ coffee shop at Middle Street in Menlo Park.

Can’t get a SamTrans bus to take me to the #35 VTA 6:09 a.m. bus to my prayer meeting in Palo Alto.

Not one but two “Out of Service” buses passed by me in Menlo.

It is Monday and my expectations are usually at a 0 (zero) on Mondays; thus all is good.

George Carlin’s Viewpoint Valid These Days

“Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.” [i.e. Donald Trump supporters]

“Religion has actually convinced people that there’s an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever ’til the end of time! But He loves you. He loves you, and He needs money! He always needs money! He’s all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, and all-wise, somehow just can’t handle money!”

“Life gets really simple once you cut out all the bull shit they teach you in school.”

“How come when it’s us, it’s an abortion, and when it’s a chicken, it’s an omelette?”

“Now, there’s one thing you might have noticed I don’t complain about: politicians. Everybody complains about politicians. Everybody says they suck. Well, where do people think these politicians come from? They don’t fall out of the sky. They don’t pass through a membrane from another reality. They come from American parents and American families, American homes, American schools, American churches, American businesses and American universities, and they are elected by American citizens. This is the best we can do folks. This is what we have to offer. “

“Here’s a bumper sticker I’d like to see: “We are the proud parents of a child who’s self-esteem is sufficient that he doesn’t need us promoting his minor scholastic achievements on the back of our car.”human

“People who see life as anything more than pure entertainment are missing the point.”

“Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.”

“Oh Beautiful for smoggy skies, insecticide grain, for strip-mined mountain’s majesty above the asphalt plain. America, America, man sheds his waste on thee, and hides the pines with billboard signs, from sea to oily sea.”

“Everyone smiles in the same language.”

“We are a nation of sheep, and someone else owns the grass.”

Grandma’s Chicken Divan *

Save yourself a trip from the kitchen and use ingredients you’ve on-hand.

Or if you must, make a grocery list (send Ol’Lard Butt out to get exercise).

editor’s note: This recipe is published in DAD’s cookbook – https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/confessions-of-an-oenophile-an-american-family-cookbook-david-a-dailey/1012821887?ean=9781432722548Confessions of An Oenophile.

Make A List:

  • Broccoli
  • Chicken Breasts
  • Cream of Chicken Soup
  • One cup of white wine
  • Lemon
  • Sharp yellow or white cheddar cheese or provolone
  • Corn flakes browned in butter

chickenD

Whenever you are ready, your hands are clean, and the chicken is well rinsed, begin. Slice the chicken breasts, add a couple cloves of garlic, and stuff the cavity of the chicken. Use cut up/diced broccoli and add with your favorite herbs and cheese. I am not sure how Grandma used the corn flakes, but I would add them crushed on top.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees and bake for 90-100 minutes.

You may want to add more cheese later in the baking process.

You might also want to think about baking it at 325 and have it done within an hour in the oven.

Wine is as good as life to a man if it be drunk moderately; what is life then to a man that is without wine? For it was made to make men glad.

Wine measurably drank, and in season, bringeth gladness of the heart and cheerfulness of the mind.  ~ Ecclesiastics, 31:27-28

A THREE MINUTE PRESENTATION BYD.A.D. TO THE COUNCIL

(The Dailey Sun-Chronicles ~ 12/15/2015 ~ MENLOUGH PARK, CALIFORNIA) –

David A. “Buck” Dailey attended the city council’s last meeting of the 2015 year and suggested that Menlo act more like a city or reincorporate into a town government. Councilmember and outgoing Mayor Charlene “Let them Eat Cake” Carlton was absent and California assemblymember candidate P. Ohtaki was late for this meeting.

Having not received a response from the contracted City Attorney Bill McClure nor any councilmember, on December 24, 2015, David filed citizen’s complaints against five (5) MPPD uniformed officers. There were separate incidents during November in downtown Menlo Park that are documented (MPPD Case # 15-3468 , # 15-3531 , # 15-3661).

On January 4, 2016, David filed three (3) stolen property reports based upon four events between September and December 2015. More data is being sought…

Feeding the Homeless Runs in Family; Time to Help Them by Offering Homes, Houses, Apartments

Shelters are very poorly managed.

Now they are being overcrowded. This will result in the spread of contagious diseases and illnesses. Why kill the poor people?!?

Feeding the homeless, just providing them food, results in shit.

If you do not believe me, try it yourself. Eat something, don’t take Kayopecktate, and try not to crap.

Crap, crap, crap. This is what houseless people are doing this Christmas.

OCCUPY COUNTY OF SAN MATEO [NORTHERN CALIFORNIA]

(WOODSIDE, CA ~ “The Dailey Sun-Chronicles” ~ November 5, 2015) –

Charlie Chan, Buck D.D., and Jimmy Crackcorn announced the beginning of the Occupy _______  movement throughout the San Francisco Peninsula today. In keeping with the neighborhood civic acumen(s), business climate and unchanging weather conditions, and current Facebook and Tesla social and corporate management theories, occupy camps will be moved weekly from one announced and government-permitted location to another. Some Occupy The San Francisco Peninsula camps change daily.

As the Sam Trans’ Route 295/296 bus arrived into Menlo Park (population 131 homeless, 3,880 canines, and no horses) at noon Wednesday, an organizer praised the contributions of 007 by providing professional transportation services to a community severely lacking good public transportation systems and safe female drivers of oversized sport utility motor vehicles (SUVs).

Editors’ Notes: “Buck” is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) who in 1986 purchased his 1st home in the 3200 block of Alameda de las Pulgas [unincorporated  Menlo Park, County of San Mateo California]. Although he is remains a public person he has largely been hiding as a “houseless American” since January 2007.  In 1992 “Buck” lost an U.S. congressional race [to the same congressperson Anna Eshoo who is still employed in D. C. ~ giving away high-compensation with health insurance and other employee benefits ~ American jobs locally via visas and green-cards] and in 1994 he tried to get more votes than popular Stanford Law Professor Tom Campbell in order to work in Sacramento to become a California State Senator for human rights and services. He spent over seven years at Lockheed working during the Cold War about seven years after graduation from Indiana University at Bloomington (A.B. ’76, M.S. ’78). Buck was illegally terminated last September by the United Parcel Service (UPS). After over 50 months of service between 2003 and 2008 as a California Department of Public Health and Health Services Health Facilities Evaluator, he was illegally terminated and narrowly lost his judicial appeal versus current State of California Attorney General Camilla Harris, who now insists on running for one of two seats in the United States Senate!

Buck is a publisher, author of Lessons Learned From Dogs [copyright 2011] and Confessions of An Oenophile ~ An American Family Cookbook of Comfort Food [copyright 2008], comedian and humorist, sports reporter and wagering handicapper, business administrator and environmental, health, security, and safety educator, and household engineer. Deer, California is the title of his first book about homelessness written from 2005 to 2014.

  • Take Responsibility if Accused of Vehicular Manslaughter
  • Be Reasonable with Demands on All Government and Quasi-Government Agencies
  • Let the County government work on more important issues that biking.
  • Teach Youth about the “Buddy System”
  • Let the California Highway Patrol (CHP) focus on higher priorities than soccer-mom driving.
  • Demand that local (i.e. City of Menlo Park) officials solve their internal problems.
  • Boycott free newspapers and their advertisers that do not practice ‘responsible journalism.’ Therefore, no fear-mongering, reduce sensationalism, write truthfully and factually, and promote good news.
  • Do not expect a public agency to solve woman problems, particularly if they are personal things.
  • Restore Sam Trans and improved Cal-Train train and bus services to your immediate community.
  • Plan to improve education, both public schools and private entities: A) At Home, B) In School, and C) During Every After-School Activity [i.e. Menlo Park Lyceum].
  • Find better means of energy consumption and public transportation. Sam Trans / Redi-Wheels Paratransit / Cal-Train are among the worst-managed quasi-governmental agencies in the USA.
  • Help the Bay Area Air Quality Management Board, the clean water agencies, and local zoning commissions revise improved public policies.
  • Blame Congressperson Anna Eshoo for what she has done in the United States Congress, as a hospital board member, and County of San Mateo Supervisor. If you re-elect her, you are now responsible and should be held accountable. FYI: In 1991, Eshoo was asked to put street lighting and traffic lights along Alameda de las Pulgas. She did nothing. Many were injured and some animals died a gruesome end.
  • Support elected officials like the current efforts of California Senator Jerry Hill who has represented the people of the County of San Mateo very well.
  • Work with the office of United States Senator Dianne Feinstein before, during, and after congressional hearings discussing the dreaded houseless populations in Northern California.
  • Improve health care; particularly the County of San Mateo Health System’s policies and daily protocols. People are needlessly suffering because health care professionals are following poorly-conceived and implemented procedures. Ask that the current county director resign and be quickly replaced.
  • Take issues in prayer to God, first. Then bother your priest, minister, social worker, and friends.
  • Utilize ‘The Brothers’ for issue resolution and decrease stressors on the court systems.
  • Make housing more affordable, safer, and livable!
