Holidays this Monday, March 13

There are at least six holidays to choose from and celebrate Monday:

  • National Napping Day (useful with the new daylight savings time)
  • Earmuffs Day (comes in handy with heavy snows in the East and Midwest)
  • Jewel Day (sounds like it could be expensive)
  • K-9 Veterans’ Day (“arf, arf”)
  • Open an Umbrella Indoors Day (watch out) or
  • National Good Samaritan Day

Whatever your pleasure, have a terrific Monday!

President Trump is Acting Like John Adams

Similarly to the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798, the chief executive is limiting immigration and mobilizing deportation.

The Alien and Sedition Acts were four bills passed by the Federalist-dominated 5th United States Congress and signed into law by President John Adams in 1798.[1] They made it harder for an immigrant to become a citizen (Naturalization Act), allowed the president to imprison and deport non-citizens who were deemed dangerous (Alien Friends Act of 1798)[2] or who were from a hostile nation (Alien Enemy Act of 1798),[3] and criminalized making false statements that were critical of the federal government (Sedition Act of 1798).[4]

wp-image-1521537753jpg.jpg

The Federalists argued that the bills strengthened national security during an undeclared naval war with France. Critics argued that they were primarily an attempt to suppress voters who disagreed with the Federalist party, and violated the right of freedom of speech in the First Amendment.[5] Three of the acts were repealed after the Democratic-Republican party of Thomas Jefferson came to power. But the Alien Enemies Act remained in effect, was revised and codified in 1918 for use in World War I, and was used by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt to imprison Japanese, German, and Italian aliens during World War II. Following cessation of hostilities, the act was used by President Harry S. Truman to continue to imprison, then deport, aliens of the formerly hostile nations. In 1948 the Supreme Court determined that presidential powers under the acts continued after cessation of hostilities until there was a peace treaty with the hostile nation. The revised Alien Enemies Act remains in effect today.

Christmas / Holiday Tree Lighting 12/2/2016 in Southern County of San Mateo

Eyewitness Report:

    1. it is so cold, parents are telling their kids they will buy them 2 gallons of ice cream and they can keep it outside overnight; it is so cold, Mayor M. Mueller took a piss on one of the undecorated trees and his urine froze BEFORE it hit the trunk of the tree: it is so cold, that former Mayor Catherine “Let them eat cake” Carlton’s nipples froze and then her falsies fell out of her brazeriere; it was so so cold tonight, the reception of the City of Menlo Park Police was warmer than the ambient air temperature in the County of south San County of San Mateo.

This tree was officially lit up – hundreds of kids were fooled that they were going to push the ON switch – at 6:46:30 p.m. PST in historic Fremont Park. some women thought the tree was decorated with lights better than last (2015) year… they used fewer lights and did not put any at the TOP of one of the main redwood trees which had not been watered for over 6 months and did not receive any tree-surgeon services… go figure… 45 degree heat before 7 p.m., 6 MPH winds, some spiritied non – Christian caroling on-stage… plenty of powdered hot chocolate and a fake Santa Claus breakfast promised in the morning… Merry Christmastime!!! ~ from a warm chair across the street at Peet’s Coffee and Tea Shop #2 ~ Buck Dailey

Letter to the Appointed City Manager of “Deadwood City, Northern California” – Latino Unlicensed and Impolite Security Gooks Stationed at the Fair Oaks Senior Community Center [an alleged coordinating agency for services for the poor, elderly, disabled, immigrants, etc.]

Dear Madam City Manager:

I was threatened by the presence of Mr. Andrade, one of the three suspect City employees at Fair Oaks.

The two psuedo-security gooks/geeks/ Latinos/ whatever, too.

You are on-report Madam Manager.

Your lack of action weeks ago has been noted, as has your “no comment” from yesterday – prior to the report to the County Sheriffs who responded to my phone call from Fair Oaks, owned and managed by your city since ____.

occupy mighty mouse

p.s. Your city motto cannot be substantiated by current research:

“Climate best by government test” slogan is based on one study performed during the 1900s.

What a waste of tax payers dollars refurbishing those two signs…

Why don’t you do your job or move on to another wild west town…?
